All prices listed on our website are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Currency exchange rates are based on our internal system and may fluctuate. Customers are not entitled to request rate adjustments. Any applicable customs duties and taxes will be billed directly to the customer by the courier company.

Product Colors

Payment and Confirmation

Payment must be completed within 12 hours after checkout. An invoice containing your order details will be sent to your registered email.

To validate your purchase, please confirm your payment via our website or by contacting our Customer Care team. Orders not paid and confirmed within the timeframe will automatically expire.

For payments made via bank transfer, you must manually confirm by clicking the “Confirm Payment” link and providing your order ID. Confirmation is not required for payments made using credit cards or virtual account methods.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please note that Gaaya Official does not offer pick-up services for returns or exchanges. Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

Returns that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
